She had the NERVE to LOOK ME UP & DOWN!!! I had to walk away at this point. She was extremely RUDE and had poor behavior towards an ELDERLY male GUEST. HAD AN AWFUL, DISGUSTING ENCOUNTER WITH a 'so-called' supervisor named SARAH. We were called to go be seated about 4:10pm (4:30pm start). Walked around, chatted with staff and other guests, and looked at the horses, the artifacts. Knighted by the Queen, a pic, a scroll! Enjoyed speaking with Sir William about the Falcon, Sir Lancealot. I also got the 2 girls (8 & 12yo) the 'Knighting Ceremony' (100% recommend). Had a VIP lanyard as I had the upgraded 'Celebration pkg' (100% recommend). Got our crowns 'Red & Yellow' is the Knight we're cheering.
We were greeted by a young man, very friendly, and asked my last name. Which was nice as it was 29°c & a hot walk in the sun. We arrived 3:20pm and entered right away. About a 10-minute or so walk from the Exhibition GO Train.
